This eBook is to help those designing RPL assessments for Employer Supported candidates and / or for Non-Employer Supported candidates. The goal is to provide the necessary knowledge, skills and confidence to create Candidate-Centred RPL assessments for both groups of candidates, that accurately captures evidence of skills and knowledge acquired in the workplace and / or other experiences.

The aim is to ensure that RPL practices are compliant and fair for all candidates.
